a stamp, a mark. 2023 (natural dye, bed sheets, screen print) 
is an installation and workshop that took place during Blink, a light festival in Cincinnati that happens biannually. a stamp, a mark. was held in a social house where the community was welcome to participate in activities and enjoy art, music, and culture. The ceiling was adorned with naturally dyed bed sheets, and the room was filled with a vast array of art supplies. Many workshops took place throughout the festival, including a workshop I hosted where I taught people of all ages various techniques of natural dyeing. This was not only an installation but also an opportunity to share with the community the various ways we can create and bring new life to fabric or old clothes.
