a stamp, a mark. 2023 (natural dye, bed sheets, screen print) 
is an installation and workshop that took place during Blink, a light festival in Cincinnati that happens every other year. a stamp, a mark. was located in a social house where the community was welcome to participate in activities, enjoy art, music, and culture. The ceiling was encompassed in naturally dyed bed sheets and the room was filled with a vast array of art supplies. Many workshops took place throughout the festival including a work shop I hosted where I taught people of all ages a few techniques of natural dying. This was not only an installation but an opportunity to share with the community the various ways we can create and bring new life to fabric or old clothes.
